What the driver can and cannot do
Our drivers will help carry items to your door, but they are not permitted to enter your home or office, and they won't assist with setup or installation.

How tracking works
There are no tracking numbers like traditional shipping. The driver will contact you approximately 24 hours prior to delivery, and you can follow progress on our tracking page.
